Darn Guil Sharks

the stupid guil sharks will not drop the magic rock "moola" i've done countless cave runs. still no magic rock. i know that it only has a 15% drop rate, but these sharkey things are being very stuborn. unfornuantly it's the only way to get one since i'm pinkal. can anyone help me.

you could always make a new character... I believe redria is best for finding "moola" - VH Caves Poison Lilies.

do addicting food, drop rate is higher and you find more guils

Pinkal can find the rock in the following places:
V. Hard Caves - Guil Shark
V. Hard VR Spaceship - Hidoom
Ultimate Mines - Dubchich
Ultimate VR Spaceship - Hidoom

Hidoom is probably your best chance for getting it.

I'm pinkal too, and I just got into v.hard caves.

I say keep trying, you'll get it sooner or later.

15% means 15 out of 100 will drop it, or, simplified, 3 out of 20. Kill twentie guil sharks and see if this works, this is what I do when I look at percents to see if I'm not wasting time.

Also, beats DO have an affect on rares, try going in at different times of the day.

lol, 15% is the chance it will drop ANY item. That's not the drop rate for the rare. If that was how it worked, we'd all have every rare http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif If there was an accurate percentage for a rare being the item dropped (there isn't) you would multiply that by .15 or 15% to get the chance that an enemy will drop that rare.

you can make Aura Field at level 152 if you're not a droid, and Forces can make Summit Moon at level 100 with it.

summit moon is an excellent force weapon, and that is the only way to make it. It has the game's highest MST boost and gives 30% to all simple techs. Aura Field can easily be found from Oran Temple Mil Lilies. I'd go with the Moon.

yeah guil sharks are very stubborn they rarly drop normal items and almost never drop rares.

I highly recommend the Summit Moon, especially for
FOnewearls. It boosts like you wouldn't believe,
unless of course if your characters use the max stat
cheat... -_-
