Since not all of us are blessed with a BBA or 56k Modem Adapter, is it ok to create a Team for OFFLINE characters or is that out of the question?

what would that acheive, unless u kno about 20 ppl in the same situation as u its not going to make much difference unless u just want to be on a big list

At least we might be able to send in reports of what we achieved today or what we found etc...

You can use it for this purpose if you wish, just be clear in your team description that you are offline only, and do not use the events system to make any announcements.
