I tried finding one with a purplenum from a mil lily and i never found one think there is a good chance. Its just like the heaven punisher scene from the hildertorr.

I'm just going by the: these enemies drop the same level item, should be about the same chance to get it, maybe one section ID does have it easier, but either way its a lot easier to get a Purplenum Character to Ult Caves and pipe Mils.
Ok, I went to an semi-unreliable site (says Flow DNA = 1/64 http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_bash.gif ) and found that there is a major difference, x<30,000 (bluefull) vs. x>200,000 (viridia).
I need a http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/coke.gif .

Those aren't that precise, but will probably give you an idea of the rarity of the rares. I'll be providing some information regarding rare drops to PSOW when I get it all done.

Any site with drop rates should be regarded as a guideline at best, and misleading information at worst.

They are semi-useful if you run laps, that's about it.
