How is it that a HUnewearl has a ton of problems hitting anything in ult with 184 ATA and a Delsaber's Buster equipped but a FOnewearl can hit everything with 146 ATA and a Hildebear's cane?

This was with USING Hidebear's cane. Not just having it equipped.

Whenever a technique (or magic....if you don't know what a tech. is) is used, it WILL NEVER MISS, even if shot out of a cane of sorts.

Are you talking about using the cane as a Melee weapon? If so, I dunno what to tell you.. I use P-Arm Blades on my FOnewearl. Her ATA is maxed out, and I still miss quite a bit more than I would like to.

The only time techs miss are when gi gue does that shield thing,where everything misses

However, if your not lined up exactly with the enemy, Foie can sometimes miss. I guess this technically isn't considered a miss, since the red "miss" sign doesn't appear and it would be your fault for not being lined up with the enemy.
