Have you ever played it?

Four years ago, I spend some of the golden days of my youth playing it online. I have currently restarted (as a rogue, the class I always play) and have been having quite a bit of fun, despite a lack of channels. I loved it. =D I was always a Rogue as well.

My friends had a tendency to die by getting caught in fire walls or such, so I used to have some of their ears. >_> I had a few people try to PK me, but they never actually managed it. =D Ha, ha.

hehe. Although I never got to play it online, I still had fun with it. Anyway, is there still a lot of people that play it?

Yeah, though not a very large nor friendly player base. About 400-500 people were recorded when I got on. That's pretty small compared to other games that get around 400,000 users on at a time. ^.^;;

I played my friend's copy quite a bit back then, smacked Diablo quite a few times, myself.

Then Diablo 2 came out and he's the newbie now.

I play diablo 1 still, but it is obviously hacked to death.
I have a two handed sword that changed into a cestus or whatever and it is named 'dildo'. O_o

I liked it when it was new, but when D2 came out and I looked at D1...horrible!

I liked D1 because every character could use magic... that was cool.
