pioneer 1 and 2 are twin ships. 1 was lost in a huge explosion. rico tyrell (principals daughter) was on it. your goal's to find out what happened to her.

Rico goes running around exploring stuff. She goes into ruins and Dark Falz steals her body and evolves into what he is. He blows up the Central Dome when Pioneer 2 is coming into orbit. Hunters are sent down to investigate what happened.

Rico's master/teacher/whatever, Heathcliff Flowen, donates his body to science. Dr. Osto implants an AI into him and introduces the parasitic cell type D into his body, eventually changing him into Olga Flow.


That's the general idea, at least.

Well, technically, Rico does die when you kill Dark Falz (Falz seized her body for its own use.), but you can see her spirit.
