Photon Sphere

I just got 99pds and i traded for a photon sphere with the ugly old guy. I know it adds percents to weps but how do I use it. Do I equip a wep and then yse it?

To tell u the truth i would it for something else other than using it for a 30% advantage on a weapon, get the black and blue stone, or the Photon Booster, becuase with one of those you can make a new weapon, not adding on advantages

there is a quest not yet available on xbox that you have to do to be able to add percents to the weapons. it is available on gcube. i think its the west tower quest... maybe the east? o.0
