PSO Free at EB with purchase of Xbox Live

I hadn't played PSO since ver2 on the dreamcast but when I was at EB and saw that they're giving it away for free (full retail version no less) when you buy xbox live I picked up another starter kit and renewed my live service through 2005.

If you're on the fence still this is a pretty good reason to buy.

What if I don't have broadband and still want to get it? Do I just need a gamer tag or do I have to connect to the internet. I want to play offline and maybe later play online.
