As I recall it can paralyze or cast the slow status affect on you randomly. At least I've seen people using a Sealed Jsword get randomly slowed so I would think it was the swords doing. The special attack of the Sealed Jsword is a hell special.

I remember a thread a while ago about a HUcaseal that was complaining that they were getting slowed a lot, and found out it was the SJS (too lazy to find it and post a link now, maybe later).

It does give slow.

im kinda confused aboot the sealed-j, ive wondered since dc vers.1, can you actually swing the sword and damage enemies? or is it sealed as in - you cant use it totally? because until the quest to unseal it (or whatever, plz dont flame me/correct me, im too tired =) )
