Sega removed the downloadable quests! :(

When I logged onto PSO after playing a bit offline, I was disapointed as I noticed Sega had removed the downloadable quests. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_frown.gif

Anyone know why Sega did this?
