why is it that when i go online i cant go on the quest Todays rate because it doesnt appear?

For those that say that it requires at least 2 players, take a look:

Also, you can see that it is at the bottom, where you'll have to scroll to see it. Do you have the Mines open on the difficulty you're trying this on?

You don't have to have an area open to do an online quest (unlike offline. ST keeps throwing us curveballs.)

Some quests do require you to have area open offline, like SotH.
