Error number 116, Hunter's Liscense Not Active

Alright, i've found this Error 116, and honestly it came at the wrong time. The Billing info says that my Liscense is Inactive, how do i turn it back on? I don't have a reactivate button on any of the pages, so i'm just flat out confused... Help?

How do i make a Hunter's Liscense that is Inactive become Active again?

That happened to me yesterday, what I did is cancelled my account and then reactivated it.
