Katana... saber?

whats the difference between the two?

Well..there's two noticable ones:

1. The attack animation is much different. Katanas are used with an animation close to the classic sword style, while sabers aren't.

2. Attack speed. Katanas are much much slower, but, in turn, are more powerful.

Other than looks..I believe that's about it.

Katana's are more powerful and more accurate but there combo is crap. It is probably the worst combo in the game. It goes so slow and leaves you open to get hit after every swing.

It's too bad there isn't a Unique Item called Duct Tape... If you could wrap it in Duct tape, it could increase its ATP, and give you a huge EVP Bonus.

Think of it this way: Ultimate Weapon (Frying Pan) + Ultimate Defensive Material (Duct Tape) = Something akin to The Legend of Zelda's mirror shield, that you can whack people with for killer damage.

That's why you find a sange and a yasha. You get the sweet, sweet katana look without the crappy animation. Well it still kinda sucks for guys, but the girlies are deadly with that beast.


Question: With Sange & Yasha does anyone know why the katana in your left hand is a Kamui instead of a Sange?
