Yes, it's very possible.

Fat Love Rappies appear as well.

I'm sure those can be giant as well. Any volunteers to try to hunt one down when they come out?

1 - No, no huge Rag or Al rappies.

2 - It's not a glitch =

I can say #2 with certainty... I have shown that the 32 bit random number decided by the server when a team is created determines both whether a given Rappy is a rare Rappy and whether it is fat. If you trick the game into seeing the same number, you see the same pattern.

I have a seed number that has a rare rappy in the first monster room of VR Temple Alpha.

I think common sense should override any scientific evidence. If it wasn't intentional, I don't know how such a huge gaping error like rappies growing twice their size could have slipped past the testing team.

Darn, I dont have any online PSO connection. The rarest I've seen is just a Al Rappy. Well, I havent earned Ult mode yet either, so who knows?

So, Baru, whether any enemy is rare or not is randomly determined as soon as you create the game (if I'm understanding you correctly). So is this number regenerated when you start a quest? Or like if you see a Torr in the forest if you then do the Heat Sword quest would you see a Torr there also?

I would think that would be loaded when the area is first loaded in, since that's how the addition percent and grindage patterns and such work.

Why are there only fat rappies in Ultimate? I have never seen one in normal-Vhard. And why only rappies? It would be so cool to see a giant Hildelt the size of the dragon in the level.

Probably just a tribute to the giant sized Rappies from earlier PS games, which they added in with Ult when it was added in DC ver.2.

Too bad it is only rappies. A gargantuan Dal Ra Lie would be cool...
