you can use 150 hp OR tp mat ,, so if you use 10 tp mat you can only use 140 hp mat

Hmmmm you mean 125.
But with a trick you can get your HP and TP up by 250. So it is like you used 125 HP mats AND 125 TP mats. I dont know if it would be the same when you would use a TP mat instead of that trick, but I doubt it would make any difference.
TP mat has nothing to do with that trick in case you wonder. That trick has been here quite some time(month or 2-3). And I even wonder why there is such a big fuzz about the TP mat. The trick works faster and has the same result.

I doubt the fact that HP and TP mats share the same 125 mat counter since the game doesn't seem to keep track of how many mats you've used, but instead, how much you've added. Since you can use that one trick to add 250 to both HP and TP, it seems to me that they aren't shared.

And TP Materials DO have their own stat limit I'm pretty sure of it,since my old HUnewearl was maxed on all materials yet she could still use TP Materials.

Even if you *can* get TP mats from a quest, I seriously wouldn't feel like going through the same quest 125 times (and with the method I've heard of, you have to have four people as well). X_x I'll stick to my HP materials, thank you.
