Power Maser Sucks! AHHHH

I am a Level 111 RAcaseal ok... I traded for a Power Maser in a Normal game. I went into ruins and hit a Claw with it. It did 7% Damage! But I still love it!

With a RAmarl with maxed out MST, it still doesn't do all that great of damage on Ult and only to those that have a low ETH. But, it never misses, at least.

I can only think of a few situations where this seemingly useless weapon wood be good.

Perhaps in battle. If opponents' ETH is not high, it could shock them and definitely interrupt their motions. The constant "pinging" would get very annoying.


Another use would be for a support Ranger. Since this weapon never misses, you could constantly "interrupt" enemies, not giving them time to complete their attack animations.
While not doing much damage it would work wonders for weaker Hunters who are getting slapped arond in close combat.
