Double Partizans?

A friend of mine swears UP and DOWN that he saw someone carrying two partizan class weapons at the same time, one in each hand.

They were a long pole with the photon blade sticking out at the top like a straightened fish-hook.

I've looked all over the special weapons database, and can't find anything that remotely resembles this phenomena.

Is this a legitimate weapon? Or just another dick-head hack?

its a hack, those with a gs use the code to make a weapon, if they make a weapon like the partizan out of a dagger it appears as two.
