Just raise a mag to 10 on a Ranger, and try to keep Dex higher than power until after level 50. Raise Dex first, to avoide ending up with any useless defense points. At 100, you'll want 5 defense and 0 mind, which can be easily accomplished by looking at the feeding charts when it first evolves.
