DC-Item: Your greatest DC find

Ok, we all know Dreamcast rares were insanely impossible to find. Unless you hacked in some way or played the game for 5000 hours on one character, then you weren't going to find much.

So.. my question is what is your BEST legit find on the Dreamcast? As for me.. weighing in at 600 hours with a level 150 HUnewearl named Ryoko I found a Red Sword. Never took it online though, it'd be like asking to be PKed. Another good find was mag cell 502. Finding this actually had a humorous result, as pretty much everyone online thought I was a cheater when they saw my Soniti. *shrugs* Pretty Ironic.

I only have GCN but my best find there is Red Sword as well

I have a soniti too but i got it from some dude online along with a bunch of other dupes like bkb and double cannon and all that

On V1, my best find was a Soul Banish, on V2 it was an Ancient Saber...

Ancient Saber and tons of Red Handguns with great %. I also found Twinkle Stars in the ult. mines... but back then I had no force to use them on...

(runs to check dc character) 3 slot celestial armor, found 3 celestials but the other 2 didn't have slots. as for weapons i found a meteor smash with 50% dark and 50% hit, and a hell vulcan with 50% hit.

I had lots of common finds back on the DC, but here's a short compilation of my best special item finds...

ver.1: Spread Needle 50/0/0/0/0
ver.2: Red Dagger 0/0/0/45/0, Imperial Pick 0/15/0/45/15, Yasminkov 9200M 0/0/0/0/0, Luminous Field 1 slot, Sound Source FM, Parts of Robochao.

I only had version 1 and my best weps were delisaber buster and sheild, Dragon Slayer, Chainsword (Oh yeah!) and stag cutlery!

ver 1- best find was a mag cell 502. my god, how i loved having soniti.

ver 2- fav find was magical piece. spent hundreds of hours searching for it in pinkal and for some odd reason found it in purplenum.

best find though was sacred cloth with TWO SLOTS! too bad i was about 40 lvls away from ever using it........

Yeah I had "rarer" weps, but percents on weapons back
then had a lot more affect than they do now.

I only ended up getting level 107. By then I had beaten

i take it you mean good rares cause i was on PSODC last night (feeling nostagic) and was on ultimate, 90% of the weapon drops are varistas and other stuff like that, i even had 2 red handgun drops in the space of 30 mins

maybe i'm just a lucky guy

Varistas and such are not really considered "rares"
so much as they are "weapons with yellow text". This
is especially true for Ver.2, where they did not
even bother to mark those types of weapons as:
