Well, it says for version 1.1 JP, so if you mean for any other type of version, then no. Not possible.

For the US and EU, we would have to wait on the rappy to appear. I am pretty sure they are rare just like the love rappy and other rare monsters. I was thinking about doing it on normal mode alone so there wouldn't be a fight over who gets the first jack o lantern.
