Custom Quick Menu Techs

How is YOUR quick-tech menu organized? I was just wondering how people do it. Mine is like this:

Anti
Ryuker
Reverser
Rafoie
Razonde
Rabarta
Gifoie
Gizonde
Gibarta
Resta
Grants
Megid
Foie
Barta
Shifta
Deband
Jellen
Zalure
Zonde

The top 4 are close to the top so I can cast them in quick succession,and since Zonde is at the very bottom I don't really need to put it on my Palette.

Actually, the ones you put on the bottom can be accessed quickly by hitting "Up" on the C stick/right thumbstick or D-Pad when you open the shortcut menu--that's where I put all my support techs.

I haven't changed it, aside from switching the Simle Techs and Hard Techs' positions. As the party's offensive force, and our crappiest physical combatant, I don't usually need to worry about the others.

Most used techniques at the top and bottom, I always have Jellen, Zalure, and Resta on my quickbar, though.

The bottom 3 I have in my quickbar, along with resta on R+A

I bumped Jellen up cuz its a survival technique that I use frequently.

Grants is up there too cuz I only use it on Hidelts

Anti is at top to get rid of those pesky slow/confuse/poisons

I also moved Anti up there cuz I was playing v.hard ep.2 and my buds wanted me to use that
