okay, I was wondering if you find a rare like a Flowen's Sword and it doesn't have any %'s at all untekked, can you keep tekking it until it gets %s??? Thanks a lot for the help...

Short answer: No, sorry.

You must have at least some sort of % other than 0 in
order to change the percent in that category when tekking.
