BBA HELP!!!!!

I've been able to get online and actually play for the past few months, but all of a sudden, when i tried to get online today, it didn't work! I got to the screen with the overhead veiw of the lobby, but there was no save or menu of any sort. Can anyone help me?

try soft reset [b+x+start]& go again see if it works..
