is it possible to share an account w/ my frend so we can go online together?

In theory, you could share an account, but only if you are not both online at the same time.

o darn i thougt we just couldnt search each other o well...

If two console log on with the same account number ( serial/access key) then the servers will detect a problem, and the second person logging on will get an error mesaage ( probably serial number already in use) or in some cases may be banned.
