Can you only play with other people online if they have the same console and are in the same region?
If they do have to be in the same region, do many UK peeps play?

you can play with other people online that are on the same console as you. and you can play with people in other countries

You can only play with peoplle from other areas if you are on GC, Xbox, you are limited to ceratin areas.

If you're on gamecube then you play with people on gamecube etc. etc.

gc can play with gc's in any region.
xbx u.s. can only play with u.s.

oh i see, thats pretty cool! i am on GC. Its just that i was a bit worried incase i can only play with UK ppl and maybe there wouldnt be that many UK ppl on there.

It's nice to be able to play with the JPs, that's the main thing I miss about GC when I switched to XBOX. You can of course feel the considerable lag when on servers of a different region.
