When you complete all the challenges, you get a prize correct? (s-rank online, others offline) - depends on time also.
But the question is.., once you have gotten the prize, can you never get a prize on that character again? or do the times reset? any answers would be appreciated!

You can never get it with that character again. If you want anither S-Rank you gotta make another Character and do all the C-Mode stages again

Just to clarify: you can earn three prizes online (one weapon and two shields) and three prizes offline (one weapon and two shields) for a total of six prizes per character.
