about enemy items...

i found a grass assassins arm, but i dont know how to make it into a weap. i looked at the guide on this site, and it didnt help that much... I go into the Dr.Ostos quest, and the guide on this site says that the person who makes enemy parts into weaps should be in front of the teleporter to Ragol but hes not...... im using the GC version. what and i doing wrong?

Its the little Fonewn standing to the left side of the "teleporter that goes to the PRINCIPAL" (NOT the teleporter that goes to Ragol.)

I talked to him with my grass assassins arm in my inventory. He just said something about Dr. Orotos or something. Do i need to complete the quest and then talk to him?

Complete ALL the quests first, and then you will be able to redo any of them whenever you want. At that point do the Dr Osto's Research quest again and if you have the item in your char's inventory (not the bank) he will convert it for you. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

The thing is you need to complete the Quest Doc's Secret Plan. At the end of that quest he mentions converting your enemy parts for you. Because he doesn't show up again in the subsequent quests you won't have an opportunity to convert them. Thats why its neccessary to complete them all so you can go back.
