When I look at a weapon's stats in the site, most weapons have two ATPs, like Handgun: Milla is 650-350. Is one for DC, or is the weapon's ATP anywhere between those numbers, or what? Sorry if this is in the site, but I looked for the info and didn't find anything.

If the number of the range of the ATP the weapon will give you, I believe.

Okay, thanks. Now I can look for a Milla knowing it will probably be stronger than my Red Handgun.
