The only thing I can recommend is deleting the Guildcard file from your memory card. I know that has worked well for many people. Its not a guaranteed fix though, but at this point you don't have anything to lose trying it. I've personally never corrupted so I haven't tried it. Also, I've heard if you put the corrupted mem card in slot B, a non corrupted one in slot a, and you can play in multimode with the corrupted data. Quit game, and it should work.

Also, I've heard something about yanking out the memory card when it comes up with the message that says its corrupted.

Hello i was look for same info you was, b/c my file was mess up too. odd i havnet be online for a year lol. i play mostly offline. but anyways i detele the guildcard to see if that works. and omg it did, i was freak out today when i try playing pso lol my lvls are under 90 but i more into evercrack.
so if you havent try detele your guildcard try it! IT just work for me woot.
