I was so excited to teach my friends that FF isn't a complete weiner series and play this with them in multiplayer...

...but a marketing gimmick will prevent me from getting the game.

What gimmik? The use of the Game Boy Advance as a controller? You can play without that if needed.

Yep.

This is a game I've been waiting for-for quite sometime.(Don't you just get tired of waiting for games?) Hope this is something like a FFT with a whole new twist.

The new EGM said that GBA's are required for all players in a multiplayer game...

Oh, multiplayer, I think that does requires a GBA, whoops sorry forgot about that part, the GC controller is able to be used in 1 player only. D'oh!

No doubt they will make some bundles like GBA + FFC + FFT + GC or something like that.

The GBA for FFC will make the game more interesting. Like certain characters will only get certain information and you can tell your buddies the info if u want. Cant wait for the game to come out..

Actually, they did release a bundle pack for Crystal Chronicles in Japan. It was a "crystal" Gamecube, Gameboy Player, FF: CC and 56 memory card, if I remember correctly.
