I am currently working on a project to allow any system that has a modem become web-ready. the only thing is I am unsure of what the systems can handle. I know that the IFAME attribute is not currently handled by the gamecube but is frameset? I know it was in the dreamcast. Also, is there any other important attributes that any of the gaming systems cannot handle?

Sounds like a cool project. I remember awhile back coding my own browser (not for GC though). I think you may already know about this site, but I'll post it anyway. They may be able to answer your specific questions.
