Resistances

Okay say i have 100% dark resistance on my character. Can I be killed by Megid then? Also, can the resistance go over 100%?

Yes. I have gotten my EDK to 110 before.

And I doubt that with 100+ EDK, that even Del Lilly's megid will be able to kill you.

I think they can go over 100. And Megid would still be able to kill you, but there would be like a 00000000.001%(just a guess) chance, cause of the high resistance. I know you wont freeze if the resistance is over 70. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Only the plants are able to kill you, despite the resistance. And I don't mean the lily classes. I mean the BIG plants.

I don't think you can get hit by Megid if EDK is over 100 (My Ult Caves Gear gets me up to 103 EDK). The instant death from those online plants isn't effected by EDK though. Also, you can be frozen at over 70 EIC (I know from experiance, I had 80+ at the Sil Dragon and was always getting frozen).

I must be lucky then, cause I've never been frozen with a rating that high. Even if so, the damage you normally recieve from Rabarta is reduced with a high rating, which is better than nothing. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I don't there's any Megid spitting enemies that could kill you with 100+ EDK. I don't think you can get EFR, EIC, or ETH up to 100 either. Mericarol's and friends' blobs do a fixed amount of physical damage that is higher than most people's HP.
