i heared it happens alot but why does kireek not appear in waterfall tears? i didn't tell sue my name, talked to bernie in the same quest (dunno if i need to but...) and finished it. i started waterfall tears after i completed unsealed door but no kireek.

Kireek does appear but you must go further into the level... There is a guide if you are totally stuck, on this site that will highlight the conditions you have to fulfil http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Um. Is there a way to get the Soul Eater if I told Sue my name the first time I went through the mission?

Another difficulty (you can get one per difficulty) or create a new character.

There's 2 things you can do:
A) Start a new char and get it with them
B) Wait until the next difficulty
