I need to renew my Hunters License and i dont know how can someone give me a link or something?

It should automatically renew your HL. If not check the sega website.

Yes i know it stopped renewing itself after 3 months and i want to know how to get it to starting renewing itself again

Make sure your credit card isn't maxed or expired, then resubmit the same way you did when you initially purchased your Hunter's License.
