on the adobe acrobat printout it has a section for central control. But it has Gi Gue Gibbles etc. Does this chart pertain to the minibosses in the other areas too?

A mini-boss is a mini-boss. The Control Tower is still part of Gal Da Val, and it is not a different area (like VRs or Seabed). It's the enemy that retains its drop, depending on the difficulty.

Oh ok I was sorta confused (since it has del lilly and stuff and thats only online)
