do you have to Be in Ultimate to see Flowen?

They say you have to have a Red weapon to Kill Olga flow and be on Multiplayer, and then Return to the Place you fought Olga, and there he will be.

Does anyone knows how if its on Ultimate that He apears? or What?

Nah, I've done it on Vhard Multiple times, so no, you don't have to be on ultimate.

one more thing, Does both player must have Red weapons when you fight against him or only one?

For me, it's just as long as one player atleast hits him with the red weapon, then Flowen will appear when you come back.

As for any stupid DNA rumors, No. That's definately not where you get it.

hmm, I killed him in NORMAL and he wasnt there.

is it in HARD/VHARD/ULTIMATE that you can see him??

Well, for one you have to beat it on either multiplayer offline, or online if thats what your doing wrong.

Well.

Either the person who hit him with the Red Weapon was dead when Olga Died, or you can't do it on Normal.

Hmm.
Yeah just to make sure, you need to be in multiplayer.
One person needs to hit Olga Flow during his second
form with a Red weapon and keep it equipped until the
end of the fight. If the one with the Red weapon dies,
you need to reequip the Red weapon and hit his second
form again, and keep it equipped until the end of the
battle. After the death scene of Olga Flow, you will
see lights come off your character and a sound to
tell you that it was done correctly. Head to the
teleporter back to Pioneer 2, then come back down
through and reenter the Boss Warp at the end of
Seabed Lower Levels. In the center Flowen should be
standing there.

I've only done it on Ultimate, so I'm not sure about
it working on Normal or not. My guess is that it does not.

NOTE: You do not have to hit Olga Flow's first form
with the Red weapon. It has to be the second form.

No,all you need is a weapon of some sort that says red in front for example the red sword or red gun.

Yeah, I did it in Normal with my RAcaseal and her Red Handgun... no Flowen.
