A friend is raising me a SATO mag because my Sec ID can't do it. So, once it gets to Level 100 and becomes SATO, will i be able to feed it without it becoming another MAG?

yep once it turns into any rare mag, if you feed it will not change to a none rare again it remains as is same goes with if you feed a none rare mag with a mag cel it doesn't change back
