Hmm... Apatite, Bentoite, and Epdote don't seem to have the Halloween decorations, but they do seem to have the VR quests.

Okay, I did some further research:

Apatite, Benitoite, and Epdote have the VR quests, but no Halloween decorations.

Celestite and Davburite have the Halloween decorations, but no VR quests.

It doesn't seem like the password thing applies to Benitoite. I didn't try this on Epdote or Apatite myself, however.

Hallo Rappies will only appear on ships with Halloween decorations up.
