i have wintv 2000, and its carp, it truely is.
i cant get it to display mt GC at 60hz properly. its fine at 50hz, but when it gets to 60hz it screws me over big style.
It shifts the image up the screen by about 1.5-2.5 inches, and filling in the gap with either static, the top of what is being dispalyed, or a combination of both bit some green stuff thrown in for fun.
Its really pissing me off, and ive tried everything i can think of to sort it, but it makes no difference.

note the way the 'do you want to display in 60hz' message is still partially at the bottom of the screen.......flickering.
this is really annoying and im pissed of cos theres nowhere else i can do this, well there are but im not allowed to.
short of a new video card, is there anything i can do, or are there any patches that can sort this?
