Rare monster

I have been blaing from long time and I don`t see rare monster except one time ... a green rappy ... what shoud I do to get a rare monster ....my lvl now is 112 and I am ramar

Hmmm its all luck u will see no Mil Lilys for like 40 levels then two will turn up in a room and kill u...well me attually. Just to note if i wasnt so shallow and liked the look of my Complete flowens kit on my inventory I would have had a Delsabers sheild equiped and wouldnt be so bitter as i am right now.
