Question about Mags from Cells

I'm aware that mags that evolve from mag cells don't receive Photon Blasts while being fed. I've never had a rare mag in any version until I found my first mag cell from a Hallo Rappy a few days ago. What I was wondering was if I raise the mag to level 200 (or whatever level), and then use the cell on him, will the mag still retain the Photon Blasts it learned while it was a regular mag?

By the way, the cell I plan on using is the Heart of Chu-Chu or Heart of Kapu Kapu.

Yeah, it'll keep them. The only mag cell mags that can't have PBs are the system ones, the rest are just like any other mag.
