Are the halloween things up on EU servers coz i dont wanna get a new HL if they arent.

Whats halloween all about anyway?

I dunno about the EU servers.
Holloween? It's all about HOLIDAY RAPPIES! The evil evil creatures that rarely appear that drop special Holiday goodies... I personally like the ones around Christmas though...
