Everything on my GCN is plugged in right. I start to go on the website and it starts loading then a few moments later it goes to a screen saying "this specific URL could not be found." What do I do?

That type of error happens when your game cube has no internet access. It could be for any of many reasons.

what connection do you use?
bba -> (router ->) dsl-modem -> splitter/wall connection

bba -> pc network in with network sharing -> dsl-modem -> splitter/wall connection

dial up -> wall connection
