In the Item Database, why not make all the DB's Swords and Flowen's Swords by ID and AUW #? It is already done for Pinkal and Bluefull, and then all you would have to say is Pinkal DB's Sword, and people know that you mean one of the 3069 versions.

Or maybe they should just include the maker of the DB's Sword (much like I did in the programs I sent Saladwood). I think the same company made all of the Flowen's Sword models.

But the problem with that is it is only for the DB's Sword. Why not have DB's Swords and Flowen's Swords uniform in the way they are named (like: DB's Sword AUW 3069 Bluefull {then possibly maker} and Flowen's Sword AUW xxxx ID)?

it is uniformed, the only reason why the two are marked bluefull and pinkal is because they're both the same number and this was to differentiate. naming it by section id would lead me to have to change a lot of other things on the site plus it'll make it redundant since if you click on it you'll see the id finding. it's a little picky minor thing that isn't worth the time when i have other things i would rather spend time on working for the site. such as more quest maps i need to get done. most importantly right now, people get it, they're not having trouble finding it, so it's fine.

Ok, it is minor. About the uniform thing, I was really talking about Sounomi's idea of naming them by the maker, and how that you should try to keep the DB's Swords and Flowen's Swords uniform in Item Database listing, since they are so similar.

Here's how I list out the DB's Sword models in my programs and such:
DB's Sword (AUW 3062 Mick)
DB's Sword (AUW 3064 Mick)
DB's Sword (AUW 3067 Torato)
DB's Sword (AUW 3069 Chris)
DB's Sword (AUW 3069 Torato)
DB's Sword (AUW 3073 Chris)
DB's Sword (AUW 3070 Chris)
DB's Sword (AUW 3075 Torato)
DB's Sword (AUW 3077 Mick)
For the '69 models, Chris is Bluefull and Torato is Pinkal.

Ok, thats what I was thinking of having them doing, I guess, just add the Section IDs. Maybe on an unbusy day (couldn't think of a word for that).

I was simply pointing that out so how ever reads that list would know which model is which.

i simply don't think that it's required to put the names on the item database.

we're servicing the site for everyone, but little details like that aren't ncesissary to understand those items.

I'd just think it'd look a bit nicer if it were done that way. But, it's your database and I tend to do things like that.
