Ok so, as it says on http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=904 I have to finish the quest "Doc's Secret Plan" which I did. But still I haven't got the "Soul Of Steel" quest. Is there any more quests i've got to finish before I open it or does the quests have to be finished at a certain order?
