Why are alot of people wanting the red ring. It has a huge level of use and is not even that rare in star level. What is the big deal with the ring?

Then why dont the people who have hacked it get banned? One people today hacked three for some force players and I watched them do it.

It isn't banned, but no, it cannot be found yet. Several IDs find it from Dark Falz at about a 1/60 something ratio, but only online, and only when ST enables the Falz and Flow drops... which isn't yet.
