question about Fomar

i have a lv.41 Fomar and i was wondering at what level should i be able to fight DF3? Also, what weapons and techs and strats should i use?

It's all about HP. Once you have over a certain amount, Falz is easy. Use a foie merge, since DFP doesn't matter, and just cast that and resta until the creature dies.
