Twinkle Star variations!

I just wanted to know, does the twinkle star become more powerful when you use a Baton vs. a staff? I was just wondering, cause I want to know if I should look for another Star Amp. so I can make a better Twinkle Star or not ^-^. Thanks!

You need less grinders and have a better shot at high percents. It's a wand, though, so don't bother.

You may consider searching out a Magic Rock Moola, which creates a much better weapon.
