GC loading issue

Okay.. My gamcube won't load games, any games. It doesn't detect the disc, and when it does it says "The disc could not be read". I want to know if this happens to anyone else, and if it does.. what you did to fix it. The gamecube I have isn't under warranty and frankly, I don't want to spend $74.95 to repair something that I could buy brand new for a fraction more.

Hmmm this seems to be a problem with many people who play PSO. I guess the gamecube is not good at staying on for long periods of time. This happened to my gamecube as well. Your lazer is fried. It has had to mch strain for too long. I would just buy a new one because why repair it when somthing elts could go wrong with the long hours of use
