Cant read Wont read

My cube last night refused to play any game what ever last night. Ive cleaned it of all dust, made sure the motor was still working and the lens could move but nothing seems to be able to make it recognise a disc. Has this happened to anyone?

Just so you know, I am ringing up Nintendo tomorrow when theyre open.

You cleaned the CD right? Did you make sure to wipe from the center out and not around in a circular pattern?

Same thing happened to me almost a year ago...but my GC was still on warranty. So they fixed it, it takes about 2 weeks though. See what they say though. They may do it for free like they did mine.

Yeah, I posted about having that problem awhile ago. I found that if you mess with it enough it WILL load a game...but very rarely. In addition I might add, that this fortune only lasted me about five days, at which point my 'cube gave me the finger. Mine wasn't under warranty and now I have to buy a new one... but at least they come with GBP now (If that sale is still going on).
